This three-week interactive Zoom series is designed to take the guesswork out of strength training, helping you feel empowered, strong, and capable. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to refine your foundation, this program will give you the education and practical tools you need to train with confidence.
Each session includes expert guidance, live demonstrations, and a Q&A segment to ensure you get the personalized support you need.

Strength Training 101 - Getting Started🏋️♀️

✅ The difference between full-body workouts and split training—which is best for YOU?
✅ Understanding progressive overload to keep getting stronger.
✅ The biggest mistakes beginners make—and how to avoid them.
✅ A video walkthrough of a beginner-friendly strength routine.
🎯 By the end of this session: You’ll know how to create a simple, effective training plan that fits your lifestyle.
WEEK THREE!!
Confidence in the Gym & Long-Term Success 🌟
Now that you’re lifting, let’s make sure you stay consistent and keep progressing! In this session, we’ll tackle:
✅ How to overcome gym anxiety and feel at home in the weight room.
✅ Nutrition basics for strength training (protein, carbs, and recovery).
✅ The best ways to track your progress—without obsessing over the scale.
✅ How to know when to increase weights and adjust your training program.
✅ Live Q&A—get personalized advice and guidance!
